The Quincy Area Blues Fest regrets that the Friday, July 20th, headliner, Bill Perry, passed away, Wednesday, July 18th, at approximately 10:00 a.m. Details of his death at this time are unavailable.
The headliner for Friday, July 20th, will be Mississippi Heat with Carl Weathersby from Chicago.
